scammed me 12,000 on a truck, bought it for 14k, and it needed a new motor after it was disassembled to be inspected. unbelievable. stay away.

They sold us a completely rusted truck that had been spray painted! When we brought it to their attention 6 months later after all the spray paint wore off, they claimed they had nothing to do with the spray paint. They would not, however, do anything to rectify the situation. We were told the truck was in "good" condition, and paid the price of "good" condition. The truck turned out to be in VERY POOR condition and they did not care. Stay away!

Mark's Discount Truck and Auto Sales employs unscrupulous business practices. Having found a vehicle of interest advertised, I performed a cursory search of customer reviews in an attempt to ensure that I'd be dealing with a reputable business. Although there were a few negative reviews, the majority were positive in nature so I made an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle. The salesman pressured me for a deposit which at first I discounted, however I liked the car and wanted to get my families opinion so allowed a deposit to be placed on my credit card. When my family pointed out a variety of flaws in the vehicle, I informed the salesman that I was no longer interested in purchasing the vehicle and asked that my deposit be refunded. This all transpired within a twenty-four hour period. The salesman assured me that I would not be charged, yet two weeks later the charge appeared on my credit card statement. When I contacted the dealership to inquire as to why they processed the charge, I was told that this would never happen and I asked that they investigate and resolve the matter. I received no return call and was forced to work with my creditor's dispute department to resolve a problem that never should have occurred to begin with. Long story short, avoid Mark's Discount Truck and Auto Sales as they've proven to be lying, deceitful, and down-right dishonest.
