Worst experience EVER...... I tried to purchase a RV portable satellite dish from them for nearly $700! They told me that it would be in Mar. 17, 2014 and that I would have it by Mar. 24. On Mar. 24, I called them and they said they haven't even recieved it yet from back order and they should have them by Monday and would send it right out to me. The following Monday I called again because I had not recieved it. They said they still had not recieved it but would get it in on Monday and would get it right out to me.......(they still have not called me once themselves to tell me about the delay in my order)!! At this point I am pursuing a refund and am waiting for Richard at Camper Parts World to call me back....which at this point has not done so!!!! Worst service EVER..... would not ever recommend or do business with again!!! I have read similar complaints on other sites pertaining to identicle situations others have faced with them!! Also their call service representatives have the worst customer service I have ever experienced - I was hung up on after being told to call back in 20-30 minutes and ask for Richard!! Still haven't heard from Richard.
