Founded in 1996, Aisin Automotive Casting provides a variety of automotive parts to the automobile industry. The company produces oil pumps, engine parts, transmission parts and water pumps for Toyota, Honda, Nissan and General Motors. The company has received the ISO/QS 9000 Quality Management System Award and is TS16949 and ISO14001 certified. Aisin Automotive Casting operates two manufacturing plants. Plant 1 has two furnaces that hold a total of 81,000 pounds of molten aluminum and die cast machines that range from 500 to 900 tons. Plant 2 has two furnaces that hold a combined 140,000 pounds of molten aluminum and die cast machines that range from 500 to 2,250 tons. The company s headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in London, Ky.
