        Great Overall Experience

        I recently moved to Lombard and needed service on my Camry. I called Lombard Toyota and from the first person I talked with(Patty) to the service advisor (Robert) to the mechanic and the cashier, all were friendly and helpful. My car was repaired in a timely manner and to my complete satisfation. I even recieved my first ever follow up call, from Mary, a few days later to make sure everything was fixed to my likeing.         ray in parts is very nice and curdious, really fast with his look ups, and sounds like he knows what he is doing. i will shop here again solely on my experience today.

        worst dealer ever dealt with

        We were forced to pay for clear coat. After we picked the car out that we wanted we said the total sounded a little high and asked to see the papers. He wasnt even going to tell us we were paying $95 for a clear coat.



        We then said we didnt want it and were told we had no choice but to pay it if we wanted the car as it was already applied. I have never been FORCED to pay for something at a dealer like this in my life. I would never return here for anything.
