Doctors Immediate Care-Roosevelt

We were greeted with smiles and the staff was very friendly. Their front desk was clean and organized! The waiting room is clean and has a TV and an fireplace! Very cozy! The wait wasn't long at all on a Saturday lunchtime. Got in quickly. Nurse took our vitals and doctor came in and helped us within a few minutes.

Went in to DIC first time. Doctor was so good. His specialty is internal medicine. He listened to all my concerns and had a answer for all of them . He gave me compliments even hit a few jokes with me. He also gave me great eye contact which more than what i can say for some other Dr.'s. What a great guy!! He knows how to treat his patients. It is the only place to go other than an emergency room in my opinion. My issue was taken care of and on the road to being well again. Thank you for caring.

Clean, organized, and very patient leaning! The check in process was amazing, the Nurse practitioner was educational and he was very helpful! I got my after visit summary with no problems and RXs in hand, none of that calling in! I was very pleased! I was heading to first hill but no buses to them from work and I was really not feeling well!

Seasons change and so did my health for the worse! I eat very well, exercise and more! All of the sudden the weather changed and I got pretty sick! The nurse told me what to do and how to take care of it.

Staff at the front desk isn’t chatty by any means but they're friendly and have big smiles ready for you.
After meeting Doctor once, I switched over to her as my family doctor at once. She looks pretty young but she takes her profession very seriously. She listens patiently while you explain what's going on and she always has tons of recommendations. She explains her thought process in very fine detail to make sure you're fully informed. She's all anyone could possibly want in a doctor. Also, she has wonderful manners. She remembers me even though I go in maybe once every few months.

Loved, this place! When I want to be seen, I don't want to wait a week, I want to be seen today! I no longer have a family Dr., I just go to these places! They get you in quick, they find the problem and you are on your way! I really liked this place; the Dr. and Nurse were very good and professional! I usually go to DIC if I need something, but this place was awesome, Thanks DIC. He came up with a solid action plan and explained how he was going to tackle everything. I'd absolutely go back there. Great experience!

Like this place a lot! Appointments can feel a little hurried, but that's more due to volume than the doctors themselves. Doctors came highly recommended by someone I trust and I really like them. They never talks down to you or invalidates how you're feeling. Have a great result from DIC and even the Thursday night yoga classes are excellent. So nice to have all of my health and wellness needs consolidated in one place!

I went to the DIC about a month ago due to some asthmatic symptoms and will certainly be back. I was actually incredibly impressed with this place.
I have been too many doctors and clinics (due to moving around the country a lot) to deal with this issue and I have felt more comfortable and highly informed than I did there. The staff was friendly and relate-able, the clinic was clean and soothing, and they told me what to do as I left and how to take action moving forward. Thank you ladies! I'll see you soon.The messaging they have decorating their clean offices seem to drive the fact that they are open and available for the patient.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the wait times are almost non-existent. I've been there twice in the last month and have had a great experience both times. Great place to get x-rays done.
Went in at about 9:30am with a very painful burn on my hand. Including time spent filling out paperwork, I didn't wait for more than 10 minutes. The waiting room is good. The fireplace is an unexpected element, but very nice. The support staff was efficient, but also extremely friendly, which is fine by me. The doctor was really kind, and explained very clearly what was happening with my burn, how it would be treated, what I should keep an eye out for, and what progress. The doctor made me laugh, which was very helpful since I was on the edge of tears. I didn't know this place was here, but found it through a Google search. While I hope I never have to come back, I'm glad to know it's here, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

I brought my daughter here when he woke up with kidney stones and i couldn't have asked for better care. The doctor and all the staff were so kind and helpful. I will never go to another urgent care or emergency room again after the great experience we had.
Easy parking, nice office environment, pleasant staff, quick paperwork. I was in and at the Safeway getting my prescription in wait less than an hour.
Very clean and efficient. Friendly staff.

Considerate, attentive and aggressive
I've DIC found in the area. The clinic was very clean and quite, the people in the office were all friendly and I hardly had to wait to be seen. Doctor was kind and listened and wrote me a prescription without much hassle. A huge plus is that there are a few parking spaces around the side of the office for when you're not feeling well enough to truck yourself down the block. If you are nervous about having to wait there's also an online appointment schedule system or you can call and reserve a place online. :) They make everything very easy for you, even easier than seeing your regular General Practitioner

DIC is always amazing when I need a quick check up for any upper respiratory problems. I have to say that everyone is so polite and kind, and make sure you are checked in and have everything in order before you see the doctor or PA. Even though I don't have health insurance right now which makes emergency sickness an extra burden, the clinic was quick, friendly, and the PA was especially kind. Side note, no fat shaming (I'm a bit curvier) or treating me less than for not having insurance.

I limped into DIC with a nasty infection on my leg. Expect to be there for hours, I was so grateful to staff. I was taken back within minutes, immediately greeted and set up by the nurse and medical assistant. Within ten minutes, doctor analyze the injure. And started working on it .We were exactly in and out in 50 min -- entirely great service Thank you!

I love DIC. They came right to my door, they. The doctor was very nice and professional. It was super convenient. The most important thing to me was that my doctor was very good, and had great experience. He was a really good Physician.

I was allowing for going to Doctors Imeediate Care. The receptionist said they weren't awfully busy, but you could tell she really efficient anyway. I was there for less than 30 minutes for a really sore headache . Physicians was friendly and concerned about what's been going on for the last month, didn't want to put me on a third round of antibiotics, and gave me a couple of options on night for dealing with this given.Have gone four times, very nice at the desk and very knowledgeable and helpful in the rooms. So far excellent very good experience.

They rock! They aren't your family doctor and they won't always be able to be warm and friendly when they get busy. But I was impressed with DIC Walk in Clinic!
I am so happy that DIC is near to my residence in Lombard! We finally have a nice, clean place to visit if we are sick. They were even able to take an x-ray that day and give me results within 10 minutes. Thank you!

When I came in to Doctors Immediate Care as I was worried about my son’s health I was seen very quickly and the staff were very polite the person I seen at ease myself and my son was fine so overall great service nice people and polite workers thank you so much Excellent service.

My Wife needed to see a doctor urgently this morning (Saturday). We went to the Doctors immediate Care service as our own surgery was closed. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful despite being inundated with phone calls. The doctor we saw was very helpful, and overall we were very impressed with this surgery. Would use again in an emergency, and would recommend.
Great service, the staff is lovely and very helpful, short waiting time, would definitely recommend.

My partner and I had been to 9 different doctors for some disease my friend referred me to Doctors Immediate Care, we finally got the help we needed. The doctors and nurses in this hospital are very professional. They made us feel like we were the most important patient in the hospital. But we know they do that for every patient. For any illness or any disease there is no other hospital we would ever recommend over DIC. They are the BEST

They were very professional and I would recommend DIC to my friends and family. As for the cost I found this very reasonable and saved me taking time off work and waiting a week for an appointment.
