I absolutely love East Valley! They are upfront about everything that is expected. Any time I had a question or needed something fixed in my home I simply called and it was taken care of in a timely manner. They treated my fam and I like more than just a paycheck, they built a great rapport with us and knew us on a first name basis which made us feel that we mattered. I recommend this company to anyone looking to rent, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. Anyone at the office is helpful but my go to girl there is always Brittany (not sure if I spelled that correctly). No issues with them ever, as long as you're paying your rent on time you're golden... If you aren't well clearly you may have issues but that's with any place people! We LOVE East Valley Property Management, call them if you are looking to rent."

Very friendly and helpful staff. I called to inquire about a house that happened to already be rented. The woman I spoke to was diligent in helping me find other houses that would meet my needs and my budget. I was able to find a home that was even better than the one I originally called about. I am grateful that she took the time to let me know about other places. Most offices I called didn't take the time to do so.

I have been a tenant of East Valley Property Management for quite a while now. Every time I have an issue with maintenance it is taken care of immediately. Brittany, Richard and the rest of the staff have always been kind and more than helpful. I would definitely recommend renting from them. It has been a pleasure!

Leslie and the entire staff have shown themselves to be a business of Integrity. We have rented a house with this company managing the rental for over 6 years now. There have been repairs needed over the years. Each request is met with a responce that has a timely, positive outcome. Our rental is beautifully managed by this company and by us. We all appear to want to have a positve experience. Keeping this property in working order and maintaining it to the best of our ability is working out. This partnership takes teamwork; communication and followup are 2 key components to having this partnership work. I rented a property from them for 4 years and they were great! Anytime I had an issue with anything regarding the property they were on it! Never did i have any problems! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to rent.

I was applying for a house, which I ended up getting, but let it go because they were so rude during the process. It cost $90 to apply and they would never give me a response; I ended up calling twice a day to listen to the same rude people to find out if I got the house and didn't get a straight answer for a week! The lady who initially showed me the house yelled at me when I didn't have my SS card with me and wouldn't be able to give it to her until later on in the day. I am 26 years old, make over twice the rent and had a roommate moving in and had to have my mom co-sign for me because I had lived in the dorm during my bachelor and MASTER degrees. I only had 3 years of perfect tenant experience, instead of the required 5!! I am a perfect tenant and have references to prove it, but they lost my business due to their lack of customer service!

Don't use them! They put a tenant in my house and just collected a check for 3 years. After the tenant had to be evicted the place was trashed. They did NO inspections, NO drive-by's. They allowed my house to be slowly destroyed over the course of 3 years. Their idea of property management is to just collect the rent check (typically late). After I had the tenant evicted, the gouged me for all kinds of locksmith fees and ridiculous charges (ie $170 to change the locks). My advice...pick a company that cares about your property...
