Absolute worst service ever!

The waiter who took our order didn't even look at us. He took my order for dumplings but did not bother to ask how I wanted them cooked. I had to bring it to his attention when he returned with our drinks. Our dishes were never cleared from the soup or salad throughout our entire meal! The order was messed up too. The cook only spoke 2 words to us "hello" and "goodbye". He did not ask us how we wanted our steaks cooked and was just cooking to cook them. Then, he was going to just put them on anyone's plate without asking who had what. The food was mediocre, my steak had a complimentary "fish" taste, so needless to say I did not eat any of it. When I brought all of this to the attention of the manager on duty he was very dismissive. Did not care and still continued to charge us the $51 for our meal. He claimed I got a 10% discount because I was not originally charged for the dumplings due to an employee error when creating our check!! When I asked for the franchise email to email the owner he refused to give it to me or contact information for the owner. Stay away from this place!

I've been to most of the Japanise resturaunts in the surrounding area and this place has the best tasting food out of the ones that i have tried. Service is good too. They seem to have more personality for dinners though.
