I emailed the company 5/27, 6/2 and faxed them 6/2, but no one ever responded. This is why I took this experience public.
On 5/27, I pulled into a hotel driveway to turn around. I saw the bus backing up; he blocked the hotel entrance, so I tried to go around the back of the building. There was no access, so I parked. He blocked the entrance to the side lot, so I was unable to leave.
The driver proceeded to back his bus up and park 2' of my car. I got out of my car and asked if he would be there for long because I was stuck. He shouted at me that the management does not allow cars in this lot. He proceeded to give me a tirade about how I was in a bus-only parking lot. All the spaces were marked for standard cars, including handicap spaces next to me (also blocked).
He refused to move his bus to let me leave. I spoke to hotel management. When he asked the bus driver to please let me out. The bus driver Dave, still complaining, complied.
The driver was rude and unprofessional.
