Maybe not all of the employees at this place are rude, but from my experience (which has not been that good)they are rude to callers. They treat you as if they don't have time to talk to you. It is important to treat people right and listen to what they have to say, if you don't then you may miss some very important information. My mother taught me not to interrupt or to be rude to people, obviously their's did not.

WE AT PERFORMANCE ARE SORRY IF WE OFFENDED YOU IN ANYWAY. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ONE OF US HAD A BAD DAY THE DAY YOU CALLED. I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT TO OUR ATTENTION SO WE COULD HAVE BETTER SERVICED YOU. INSTEAD OF SPEAKING BADLY ABOUT ARE UP BRINGING. AGAIN WE ARE VERY SORRY AND WE WILL WORK HARDER TO HAVE BETTER PHONE SERVICE.
