Beans sit all day and water is added to them nonstop to keep them from drying out. Beans will sit in the heater for 12 hours and will be reused the next day. The guac turns brown after a period of time and they just pick out the brown coating and reuse it day after day. The rice is usually very old and gets very hard because it sits so long. I would suggest staying away from this place. The business is so slow that the product is old and they do everything they can to save it and reuse it.
