Had the worst experience here ever.
<br>Had the worst experience here ever. I went here with my fiance and my best friend and we had two teenagers working the cash register. They purposefully moved slow (we were the only people there - it was about 10pm). They gave us the pen to sign the credit card slip and then randomly left the register to look for more pens, because they were &quot;short pens&quot; as the cashier, Nick, worded it. We didn't understand why this took precedence over serving us our popcorn. When they returned, we pointed to their mechanical grand piano in the room that was playing music (cheesy right?) and said, &quot;it looks like you guys are short a pianist too.&quot; They cashier (Nick) then looked at us dumbfounded, so we further explained, &quot;The piano is playing it's self.&quot; We tried to shrug off this seemingly slow minded or dull-humored individual.
<br>He then abruptly went in back and got the manager, who then claimed we said he had a small P3$!$!...NO KIDDING. We told the manager that this was absurd, asked him why on earth we would say something so rude, and then the manager conceded that it made little sense. He then informed us that the kid may have some sort of emotional issues because he previous had a customer dispute. We told him that maybe employees with these issues shouldn't be working directly with public, because his personal issues have now cost us 20+ minutes, being late for our movie, and a HUGE embarrassment (which was worded in most &quot;kindest&quot; way that I could tell him.) He then snapped at us, said that he had to &quot;support his employees&quot; and said that if we wouldn't take free movie tickets we should leave.
<br>Seeing as how we were being snapped at and told that employees and their personal issues were more important than customers being offended and treated like dirt, we left. I wrote the corporate office, telling the very lengthy details, explaining this was the worst customer service I'd received, and was met with an apathetic response from the OWNER Cory Jacobson that offered no solution whatsoever, or any apology. HMM I wonder why his employees are so apathetic and have poor customer service??
