I had a great experience. They used my color formula and treated me very well. I don't know what these other raters are talking about. Hello, you are paying next to nothing to get hair services and you are complaining it takes too long. It's true you might want to allow a little bit more time than a hair salon but if you want quality work supervised by trained people, this is your place. I had a slight problem with extensions (I wanted to try something new) but they were great about giving me salon credit. The owner Stacey is First Class and you will be in good hands.

Four and a half hours, two bowls of color for my thin, fine, not quite shoulder length hair, a mini-section of highlights (and, yes, I did have to ask my student to check w an instructor if having the bleach on for over an hour - it took an hour and a half to do the main body color - would damage my hair) $80, a quarter inch of gray roots that (thankfully) is close enough to a highlight to fudge it, and a very condescending reminder from Jesse that this is a *student* and she's *learning*, enough color (or something) left at the nape of my neck that i cant get my fingers through it... I'm pretty sure I'll never come back.



Yes. It's a school. But if I'm going to be hijacked for an extra bowl of color, talked down to, and still have roots showing and color left in my hair, I'd rather take my $80 (the point of cominh to LeSprit, *a school* is to save money, after all) to Bianchi's, have a professional be respectful to me, do a through job, and do it in two hours or less.



I might have been more disappointed with a salon experience, but I don't remember when.

I went to L'esprit with a really bad dye job and horrible hair cut....

The hairstylist Jaclyn made my hair look awesome! she is perfect at cut and color...

I just recently went to her again and she did exactly what i wanted... i love my hair!!

This girl is the best hairstylist ive ever went to and i would never again goto any other but her!

if you want a trendy haircut , go see her! you won't be dissapointed:)

Be careful of "Style Nat".... She not only cuts hair there, she likes to date married men and does not care that they are married.

I used to really like going there. Untill one day i walked out and my hair was cut all way up to my lip. I was so upset and didnt know what to do. My mom went and got her hair cut after me and she walked out with her hair cut so short that she couldnt put it up in a pony tail (she is 52 and has always had hair long enough to do so) Well she called to complain and the manager told her that she spoke with the stylist and that is what she wanted it wasnt. so i guess they dont care about customer service!!!!! and now they must not need customers cuz they lost 5 from it.



DONT GO THERE FIND SOME WHERE ELSE!!
