i just asked about what they accepted and the lady was rude and did not explain things well.do not go here

I'm not sure why this place usually gets good reviews in the newspapers. I just can't see it. The store is very cluttered and unappealing. The clothes are packed onto the racks so tight that it's difficult to shop. The owner says she only wants clothes and accessories that are from the last one or two years, and yet if you look at what's on the racks you can see that some suits look like they are from the 80's. The jewelry and accessories look like they are definitely old. And the owner has always been very unfriendly to me every time I've been there and I've barely said a word to her. I just find her cold and unfriendly. This could be a great store with a bit of a refresh, such as a fresh coat of paint, changing around the layout and getting rid of junk household items that don't belong in a clothing thrift shop. She should just focus on the clothing. There is a great old armoire in the back that could be stained or painted and would make a great focal point. So many possibilities here, but it doesn't seem like she cares or wants to make any effort.



Also, when asked about the consignment policies, nothing seems to be written down on paper. She is very vagues about the policies and doesn't seem like she wants to share them. She treated me like I have never consigned before and that couldn't be further from the truth. I've been consigning for almost 20 years.
