We've leased our last 4 cars from Bill Brown Ford. Lori Knudson is a great salesperson. This time the dealership and other dealers as far as Pennsylvania didn't have the car I wanted, so Lori ordered it. Soon after, she learned that Ford wouldn't make anymore of the 2015 models, so she found me the same car but with better options and made it so my payment would the same as it would have been with car I ordered. Lori is easy to work with and will do anything she can possibly do to make the deal work for you. I can't thank her enough!

This dealership is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with! I recently purchased my second F-150 and the entire process was quick, easy and painless. My salesman always goes the extra mile to meet my requirements and my interaction with him was very pleasant as he has a similar sense of humor. I always have my vehicles serviced here and the job they do is always TOP NOTCH! Even though there is another Ford dealership closer to my home, I prefer to drive the extra few miles for the quality service I always receive at Bill Brown Ford. You just can't go wrong with Bill Brown's Team!

Bill Brown does an excellent job on oil changes and maintenance, but labor prices are way too much.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have had my 2013 Ford Fusion in there about 5 times for either starting issues or a dead battery. They either can't figure out what the problem is or just do a quick fix with a new battery. I was so unhappy with my last experience I caled ford corporate. I will never go back to this dealer or service department again. I was basically blown off and treated like a stupid girl who didn't know anything about cars. Once my lease is up, I'm done with Ford!

We had a great experience at Bill Brown Ford dealing with our salesman Gilbert Harrison. Gilbert was professional, helpful, & patient. We were completely satisfied with Gilbert & would buy another car from him.

My salesman John was excellent. He got the car I wanted and came in early to wrap up the deal because I was going out of town. He set everything up in the Fusion so it was ready to go. I would recommend John to anyone ready to buy a new vehicle and would absolutely buy my next car from him.

Tony Juncaj did a great job of explaining the different option packages available on the F-150, understanding my work needs for the truck, handling the purchase and explaining the many features. After the test drive, I was completely sold on the truck. I have driven recent models of the Dodge Ram and Chevrolet Silverado trucks, although good vehicles, the Ford F-150 was by far the best in quality and value.

Salesman explained all aspects of the way the Ford Lease program works, while answering all of my questions. Having dealt with other dealerships during previous purchases, the level of attentiveness to answering or finding answers to all questions was unmatched!

Tony Juncaj is a great salesperson. My family has been coming to him for the last 20+ years for all of our automotive needs. Being that this would be the first car I bought myself, my father took me directly to Tony without hesitation. His good natured reputation and ease of being able to talk with him felt like a breath of fresh air. After talking with him for not even 10 minutes, both my father and I were talking with Tony like we were catching up with an old friend instead of buying a new car. Tony made the whole experience of buying a new car quick and easy, as well as, enjoyable. He laid out every point in a quick and concise manner!

Bill Brown Ford is the greatest! I received what I wanted for my trade in and they had the vehicle I wanted in stock and I felt the deal I received was very fair and reasonable. I had to go by another Ford dealership to get to Bill Brown, but Brown's reputation and the referals I received convinced me that it was the right decision. I have recommended both Bill Brown Ford and my salesman to others and will continue to do so...great service overall!
