Canceled our bus for our bachelorette party the evening before at 6pm as well as canceled for our wedding 3 weeks later. Paul talked to moh an hour before he canceled and said he would get back with her about confirmations, then emailed me that they canceled. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! do not waste your time!!!

I booked with him last night and let me say this first If you get Tim as a driver your night is set! He was beyond professional, prompt and the perfect gentleman. He was a part of the party . The bus we reserved was the Medusa....it was stunning, New, very spacious and comfortably fit 14 rowdy ladies with ease. This is the only company I will use ever! The owner was very professional, did not hesitate to show me his entire fleet. Hands down, A list limo is the only way to go

I'm very pleased with the service received for my daughter prom on 5/9/14. Paul was very professional and timely with return calls and questions. The Driver was also professional, he dressed in a suite very fitting for the event. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier than arrival time. The kids had a blast and I would recommend this company to my family and friends. ..keep up the good work Paul

Terrible customer service. Daughter used for bachelorette party. Limo broke down? Had to use party bus instead. Driver pulled up and sat in drivers seat. Never got out of vehicle. Just sat there looking straight ahead. Only way we knew they were there was because someone came and told us. After girls got into limo driver still just sat there. He made no effort. Girls gave him destination and he refused to leave until he got his tip UP FRONT and he told them how much he wanted and wouldn't leave until he got it. Continued to be rude entire night. No only would I not recommend, I will make sure no one I know uses this company... Ever! Should have no stars,

HIGHLY recommend we had a wedding party of 25+ people and they were on time and the limo was so clean and just totally equipped way better than the other guys limo service. the other guys were white trash. the price was just right. our driver was so awesome when she dropped us off at the ceremony site we wanted more dribks for the ride after so she offered to go get it and stock us up while the wedding was going on then when we were done and ready to go to the reception hall we were ready to go and had all our drinks fantastic service will use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COST: Offensive and Threatening Car Service I had the unfortunate experience of using A-List Limousine on New Year's Eve. We reserved a car service for seven hours for a small group of couples -- all of us well-educated, highly respectful professionals. At the seven-hour mark the driver was in the midst of returning us home when we were informed that unless we paid $120 in cash at that very moment, we would, and I quote "be let out of the car, along the side of the highway, or taken to the police station" -- at 2:30am in the morning. Are you kidding me?! We had no issue in paying for the driver's additional time, but to be so offensive and threatening, without any basis, was incredibly unprofessional. A-List is an "F" in customer service.
