The Charter Spectrum take merger is terrible for the customer. Price gouging is here. I can't even change my service with out increasing my cost.

Spectrum switch was implemented and customer service appears to be removed from their program. Their phone system is not functioning, when you do get through your put on hold and looped back into the holding system to start all over. I visited the local Livonia office, but was not able to even speak with someone to address the below average service we're receiving after the Spectrum change. I did get to wait there along time. Key note, the person behind the counter is the gate keeper, you will not be able to solve your issue. :-(
