My 3 Elementary aged children and I went to eat at Young's Buffet today. They have a new machine in there were you put quarters in it and it slides back in forth to possibly win more quarters being pushed out. Mind you there's no bill changing machine. The cashier got irritated at my children for going to the register with there dollars multiple times to get more quarter for it and started literately slamming the quarters into there little hands. I was so upset by this we left without eating paid our bill. Then I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. As I expressed being upset about her actions she accused me I think for the benefit of others listening of doing this all the time. HA! We go out to eat a lot and never have complained. It was obvious I wasn't trying to get free food. I already paid the bill first. I don't appreciate anyone being aggressive with my children and after this I will never eat there again. Other parents beware....
Went here last night, it just reopened on Feb 9th. Had the buffet for $23.
Food was horrid, My husband got sushi and he said it smelt sour. He didn't eat it but He got food poisoning from all the other food, hes having to miss work today. I am also felling sick. My food tasted bad as well. I ate something on a stick I believe it was pork that was really chard but i swear that it had some kind of bug on it. They do not give you knives, when I tried to ask for one the girl acted like she didn't hear me. They hardly had anything to eat and the buffet tables looked like they needed a scrubbing.
Save yourselves the trouble and do not go here.
I wouldn't even give them a star.
the people were rude to me. not the servers, but the lady at the register. i assume she was the owner. food was ok, but i doubt i will return there again, soley to how rude that broad was. plus they are always selling things.. is it a restaurant or a convience store?
