The May Nissen Swim Center offers various swimming programs for children and adults. It provides classes in snorkeling, scuba diving, water polo, and deep and shallow water exercises. The center is a part of the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District. The district also offers summer classes to children in Spanish, public speaking, painting, ballet dancing, cheerleading and babysitting. The May Nissen Swim Center is located in Livermore, Calif.
