Answered the phone pleasantly. Set up two hour window. Came promptly. Tech was helpful. Diagnosed problem and showed me how to fix it myself. I called this company for an estimate. They never showed up during the allotted 2 hour time frame so I called the company. The receptionist was very nice when I told her I had to leave.
She said that they would come out anyway and take a look at my spa and leave an estimate for me. Well they still haven't showed up.
This company obviously doesn't need my business!

I have been looking for a spa repair company for a long time, one that tells me the truth about what I may or may not need. I believe I've found that company in East Bay Spa Service. I am very satisfied with the spa repair I recieved and the helpful advice they gave me about caring for my spa.
