Seriously hopeless store. Go out and have a bad customer service experience first and you will know how to treat your own customers. Where there is a greed there is a purpose of misleading the customers. But if you enjoy to serve the customers you don't need a purpose. Service should come from heart and not from the mind. Emotionally injured people cannot serve better, no matter what system you put in place but it won't work if intent is missing. If you are too busy selling then you are not truly listening what customer wants.
