There is a reason that the owner Mr. Russ Morgan has changed the names. ALL of these business have horrible reviews and horror stories from others that have used his services.

Our story...
We rented 30 chairs and 6 tables with linen.
When the owner showed up, he had unloaded the chairs and tables in our front side yard, Not where we wanted them. We had to lump all the tables and chairs ourselves. We soon noticed that all the chairs were filthy dirty. We then had to clean every chair.
We set-up the tables in our living room with hardwood floors. After the party, as I "broke down" the tables, I noticed scratches all over our floors.
Reason: Only 2 of the 6 tables had protective ends on the table legs.
When I contacted the owner, he did not care about our problems. When he came to pick-up his crappy rental equipment, he said he wanted to see the damage. But he never looked at it. Just got his stuff. He said that "I have a guy that can fix this" but after looking at all of the negative reviews. I've decided not to have any more dealings with this person. I have already got the charges reversed on my credit card. I'm getting multiple quotes from flooring repair companies. Will submit to Mr. Morgan for resolution. Also, getting a case ready for small claims court.

We have used ALL RENTS for several parties over the last 7 years. (Livermore residents) Often, we’ve needed tables, chairs, and linens the day before a major Holiday such as Thanksgiving & Christmas. We’ve always been accommodated. No complaints – The staff has always been professional and friendly.

Horrible experience using All Rents. Some items we had contracted to rent were unavailable, but we were not informed of this until the day of our event. These were not large items, but simple yet important things like table linens. We had also contracted to rent a standard table, but were given a pub-height table with mismatched pieces that did not fit. When my wife called to question how nearly all of the items we had contracted to rent were incorrect or unavailable, the owner Russ Morgan told her in the rudest and most belligerent way possible that it was OUR fault, that we were too vague when placing the order. Too vague despite going through their "showroom", pointing at specific items and colors and saying "that's what we want". This business is EXTREMELY unprofessional in all aspects and I would strongly suggest looking into all other alternatives before even considering giving these people a call.
