In the 1.5 years we used this clinic for our daughter's speech therapy, we were seen by three different providers. Each of the first two did not last for some reason. This clinic recently closed, but if they decide to open again, beware of the owner Cindy Gordon. She has a poor attitude, and is not in the business of pleasing her clients. She was very rude to both my wife and myself on at least 3 occasions over a $12 copay. We were always willing to pay; cash, check, credit, but they had no cash register, no credit card machine, and no change. We were blamed for not coming prepared to pay with correct change. She called 3 times over this period complaining about the copayment, when the issue was her lack of running a professional business. In the end, we were discharged because I wrote the owner a note complaining they did not have change. She claimed we were being discharged for failure to make our copay on time. Come to find out, the business closed the following week.
