Its time for Mickie to be The Boss and correct the misdirection of his kitchen & its staff, pull the ugly weeds outside the main entrance, re-paint the chipped door frames, and clean up the parking spaces so customers and their clean car interiors, are not subject to coatings of mud and sand!
Also, Mickie, ensure that enough trained servers are on-duty and that food is well-cooked properly handled & stored safely ---and, served in a timely fashion. A limited lunch period M-F (11 - 2) and Dinner starting at 5pm. This'll provide for hose-cleaning, training, etc and the times work for most adults. Finally, pad the seats of the chairs, please.
