Summit Family Dentistry

Love it here! Everyone is so caring, and professional. It is a beautiful building, and the doctors are all wonderful. Dr. Biles did a beautiful job on my three year old's fillings, as he needed a few. Dr. Kennelly worked tirelessly on my 11 year old who needed 4 extractions because her teeth were crowding. They always call to see how my kiddos are doing, and they always treat us with such kindness and respect. They can do in house crowns, and my oldest daughter took advantage of that. The staff is so friendly and fun. My family of 9 have all been here for cleanings and every single hygienist was amazing. Thank goodness for a practice where all our dental needs are met.

My family and I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Summit Family Dentistry. My girls love it there, and I who used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of past experiences have no problem going there for my regular cleanings. I truly feel like everyone who works there care about my family and I highly recommend Sunmit Family.

I went to this office, and they confused my insurance with another plan. They quoted me for services while I was in the chair but were giving me incorrect rates (as they had mixed up the insurance plans). I am not stuck with a $900.00 bill for services that were quoted at a fraction of that.

Stay away from this office and the incompetent staff!!

Sorry but my opinion has changed over the years and I'm now at a dental office who cares about me. They have tried to work with Summit, as well as my dental insurance company and myself but haven't gotten a response. I paid their premium price for a crown, only to have the tooth break within 2 yrs. I was told at my new dental office that they put a poor material in and chose cosmetic over strength. My insurance company wouldn't pay for my new crown since there wasn't a long enough period to qualify for a new crown. Numerous phone calls and three appeals were all turned down. I'm sorry that my LDS friends who sent me here will hear this and I'm sorry for all my church friends who I referred here. I won't be referring anyone to this place again. I think it's all about the money. You're given a bill when you check out but then weeks later, you get charged another BIG bill, saying that they didn't charge you the total before. For a place that started with LDS principals, I question what that means now. I notice that others have had trouble with calls back. I even took off work one morning to go in and talk with someone. It didn't help. They placate you with saying what you want to hear, that they'll be able to help you in some way and will call you back. Two weeks later, you call and no one even knows who you are or that you came in. I have given up ever hearing back from them. They got their money and that's what it's all about in order to keep their fancy office. Remember that Premier means charging more than the norm.

I am a huge fan of Summit Family Dentistry. I started coming here a few years ago and I am constantly blown away by their level of customer service. I recently got a chance to see one of the new doctors- Dr. Biles- and she was just amazing... really a top notch physician and made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan.



I recently started going to their new orthodontic office (Summit Family Orthodontics) which I also lovelovelove!

Picked Summit Family as my new dentist after a recent move to Denver and couldn't be happier. Gerrie was my hygienist and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hoover also made some follow up visits for some cavities very pleasant.

I LOVE Summit Family Dentistry. This seriously is the best dental office I've ever been to.. they treat you like an absolute rock star!! I have a pretty busy schedule so flexibility is key, and they worked with my insurance- SCORE!

Dr. david baer shouldn't even be called a doctor. I woke up in the middle of my procedure and felt tons of pain. I heard him say, "god! I hate patients like this". He put his hand over my mouth to muffle my screams of pain. I'm not exaggerating! The practice its self is great. I love all the girls and the other doctors. Dr. Baer should lose his medical license. I will NOT go back. I will be telling everyone I've every met or will meet in the future about the horrible care provide by David Baer!!
