I received the worst customer service I had ever received from any business. I placed a $50 order the other night and not only was the order completely wrong, but it was ICE cold, and they also forgot to bring us some things. The main thing they forgot was our kids food and also all of the sauces that come with the appetizers. I was very understanding and didn’t even ask them to replace the cold food all I asked them to do was bring the food they left out and also the sauces they forgot to give us with our appetizer. This was a delivery order and all I asked them to do was bring back the food. They refused to make it right and so I told them they at least needed to give us back the money on the food they forgot. They also refused so I told them I would be calling my bank and the owner went as far as to call my bank and tell them not to reverse the charge. So I had to spend an entire day on the phone with the bank because they decided to make it difficult. The lady that owns this restaurant is a mean and horrible person. I have never met someone so horrible to their customers. If you want them to take your money and go above and beyond to do it then eat there. Otherwise I would not eat their food. I had to call a whole different restaurant just to get my kids fed the other night and the fact that I had to go through such big measures just to get my money back is ridiculous. Last I checked, here in America we don’t treat our customers like this, and especially families trying to feed their kids.
