I generally give a restaurant three strikes. I am tired of frozen, marinated steak that is never thawed properly so when it's cooked there are a rainbow of colors from red to gray. It never helps to "steam" it under a lid either. The fish and chicken both look like they came right out of cryovac plastic and into the pan. REALLY, horribly, disappointed in this restaurant and the excuses that the waitstaff and FHM use to cover everyone's posterior. So far the only good things are the starters, salads and some sides. The crab chowder is tasty. BUT the service SUX!
Don't worry about making reservations, it doesn't count for much. We made reservations for a 7:30 dinner on a Saturday. The place was very busy with many people standing in the front of the restaurant. We arrived on time and squeezed into the reception area, told the first hostess we had a reservation and she referred us to the second hostess at the stand. I told the second hostess that I had a 7:30 reservation and she didn't say anything to me, just put my name at the bottom of the list and handed me a buzzer. I was a bit confused, asked the girl how long the wait was, and she condescendingly explained that there were no tables because people were "not finished because they were still at their tables, talking to each other" and that the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. My boyfriend and I went outside and sat on the patio and watched many groups of people enter into the restaurant. After 30 minutes, we decided that it wasn't worth it and brought the buzzer inside (to an empty reception area where everyone had been seated but us), and the front manager gentleman tried to make a last ditch effort to seat us. He said they had been having trouble with their online reservation system and probably didn't get the message, so to speak. Even if the system was 'broken', I shouldn't have been treated as though I had made up the reservation out of thin air. I have patience and understand when it gets overwhelmingly busy, but think the situation could have been handled in a more professional manner. Probably won't go back.

My wife and I recently dined at Bonefish Grill. The food was hot, tasty and nicely presented. They also had a very nice selection of wines and cocktails. Service was very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

This place is awesome. This is one of the only restaurants I will frequent in the area of town I live in. The service is good for the most part and the food is excellent!! I especially enjoy the Mahi (when in season) and the Lilly's chicken is delicious!! This establishment is clean and sophisticated. They are open late too!!

I have been to the Bonefish on Bowles about 15 times since it opened a couple years ago. Every time I have had great experience. I have tried every fish option and have not been disappointed. The chliean SeaBass is the best! I was surprised to see some negative comments on this store. The staff and managers have always been great.

Bonefish Grill in Littleton on Crestline Ave.
My husband took me here for my birthday. The music was very laud and irritating. We both had trout cooked on a wood-burning grill, dipped in different signature sauces. We were dissappointed, the sauces are too overpowering and do have a nasty taste it takes away the trout's flavor. The jasmine rice was sticky and over-cooked, or just re-heated, taste was not good either.
The wait staff is good in customer service and hospitality.

My review is a little incomplete because we were actually never seated at the Bonefish in the Denver Tech Center.
It was quite crowded when I took my wife out to Bonefish at her request for her birthday dinner. The hostess told us that it would be a 25-30 minute wait, which wasn't a problem, We got out blinky electonic thing and went over to the bar area.
After about 1/2 hour we went up to check where we were on the list. We weren't on the list, but the hostess said that we might be on the other list, which we weren't. So at this point we would have assumed that we we be on the list and seated shortly. After another half hour, we went up to the main hostess, again asking about when we would be seated. Her reply was that the list already showed us as seated. Wrong answer. Do you really think that we would be up front asking about our table if we had already been seated.
We were both furious at this time, and didn't really want to give them another opportunity to screw up, since they seemsed reaaly good at that. Maybe if the hostess had said that we would be seated right away, but to tell us that the list shows that we were already seated is a huge FAIL in the restaurant business. Won't be going back there again.

Went to the Bonefish last night and was dissapointed. I ordered a Medium Sirloin and one of our guests ordered the same but Medium Well. We got our steaks and they were like beef jerkey. Mine was cooked more throuroughly than the med-well to boot. We sent them back and waited while the rest of our party finished their food. Finally after 20 mintues our new steaks arrive and I'm asked to cut into mine. As soon as I put my fork in I realize this is a RAW steak. Obviously an ""Up-Yours"" by the cook for sending back the fist one. My guest cuts into hers and it is also bloody raw. The manager then asks if he can take them back, have them cooked correctly and boxed. We say sure (comp at this point) and we get back home and the steaks are now cooked beyond well done and into a charcoal level of doneness. Thanks for nothing.
Zero pride in the kitchen and no mangement backbone. Why would you allow a chef to do that to your guests 3 times in 1 night. Its a shame that it came this far because half of our party's food was good. I would have probably gone back and given them a 2nd chance had it not been for the take home steak. Real let down. Too inconsistent to reccomend.
