Worst service and cut ever

I read all the wonderful reviews on here and the fact that they have won the best spa award, I didn't think I could go wrong! The owner was very rude from the moment I walked in the door, I almost walked out and wish I would have, My sweet little Coton now looks like a Schnauzer and the price quote on the phone was $35, I was told she would be a little extra because of some matts in her ears- grand total $62. Awesome Pet Place

This is the best place we have ever taken our dogs. Rina has been grooming our Bichon for four years now, and we couldn't rave more about her and her spa. Our dog looks beautiful every time. Love This Place For Our Pet

We took our dog Max to A Paw Spa in December for a holiday grooming and the groomer was very concerned about getting the haircut as we wanted it. Terrible Customer Service

Rina was incredibly rude to me when I told her I was not happy with the way my pet looked. This was the first and LAST time I will take my pet to this place. She acted annoyed that I wasn't happy with what she did and told me that the cut she gave my pet was ""standard"" and ""if that's not what I want then don't ask for it."" Great Groomer and Staff!!!!!

Rina and her staff have groomed my Wheaton (Chloe) for 4 years. I have had Wheaton's for 17 years and no one in the area does as good a job as Rina and the A Paw Spa staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and always look nice. I am comfortable leaving Chloe with Rina and Chloe is always happy to see her. Hurrah for A Paw Spa!

I have been taking my standard poodle to Rina for over a year. Rina and her staff do a wonderful job. Lily had not been to a groomer before I got her, so she was nervous at first. Rina and the girls worked with her so much to make her feel comfortable, and they are all very good to her. From Groomer To Groomer

I run a mobile business because of Rina. She is the person that gave me all the knowledge and inspiration for being a pet lover and groomer. I have a 6 year old Great Pyrenees and He has a hard time standing for long periods of time. The large kennels and back yard play area accommodate his large size. Home away from Home!

My pups go to A Paw Spa every Monday for their special spa treatments. They get so excited when they see it is Rina's store we are parked in front of. They love Rina and the Girls. Thank you A Paw Spa for making your place a home away from home for Skeeter and Lily!

Outstanding Grooming and Customer Service

I would not consider taking my long haired lhasa apso anywhere but to A Paw Spa. I interviewed many groomers before deciding on Rina and her staff. They do an outstanding job and keep my dog in show like condition. They are always very accomodating to my needs and changing schedule. Everyone is always so cheerful and friendly. Best place ever

We used to take our cat to Rena to be bathed and shaved. She did a great job and cats are not easy! Sadly our cat passed away last year however we take our two dogs there to be groomed and we do have our cocker shaved every so often and have never had a problem. Our pups love Rena and her girls.
