The day after the manger calls me crying that she under charged me, & if we could settle up on a $100. I asked her why this was just coming up. I told her that there was probably a dozen red flags something should have been done about this before now. She was giving me her crying story that it fall through the cracks & that it was going 2 come out of her pocket. I got tried of hearing her crying story, so I told her that I would try 2 come by the shop after I got off work. It was pouring down raining when I got off work. I had to go by the bank 2 get her money. then go 2 the shop. when I got 2 the shop the 2 office personal was talking on the phone & talked for 20 min. I couldn't really hear them talking on the phone other than seeing them having the receiver of the phone up 2 there ear. So I just got up and stood by the counter, it was still another 5 min. before one of them helped me. She did give a me a free rock chip repair, that is suppose to be wroth $60.
It's already a hassle to get anything replaced on a car specially when you're with a newborn but it had to be done sooner or later. I though I would be waiting for 3 hours in their lobby because I was a walk in customer. Fortunately there was only 2 customer ahead of me and the whole process they took less than 2 hours. Every one was so friendly and nice and the manager was so attentive. They really make you feel like a customer they care for instead of a customer there just trying to take money from. I must say that made time go quickly and I wasn't bored just waiting. Is nice to see people like them in a business. It's so hard now in days to get great customer service. I also went home and search on the web to see if I had paid a good price or not. They were the only one that had a low price. I am glad I took my car there. Every now in then I visit them for a replacement/repair or sometimes for a quick hi. They are great!!!
I used glass pro a few years ago and was unhappy with staff. They didn't seem to care. I had to use glass pro last week because no one else could get me in. I called and they said they could squeeze me in even though they were about to close. My back glass was broken and it was raining. It was closing time when I pulled up and the staff waited on me. I felt like someone really cared. They did. Will never call anyone else. I love them. Thank you Ricky Rachel skinner and David. You guys are truly special people.
