I have purchased a number of services from Sona since 2012-2013. Corporate bought the practice in 08/2015 and they are not honoring remaining treatments on packages that have "expired" in their system. The office never enforced a 12 month expiration so customers that spent thousands of dollars and had those "expired" treatments recently confirmed by Sona employees as remaining/available treatments, numerous times are now left with nothing. Alyssa doesn't seem to know what she's doing and Nicole talks in circles, tries to talk over you and makes personal texts on her phone constantly while you attempt to get answers. So unprofessional. Dr. Young and Shelby are wonderful but unfortunately the office staff and current business practice by corporate ruins that. Save your money and go to any number of other places to get your treatments from local physicians and staff that value their loyal customers.
