Dr. Baden joined Radiology Consultants in June of 2004 after being partnered with Mid South Imaging Therapeutics in Memphis, TN. Dr. Baden was appointed Radiology Consultants' President & CEO in January of 2020. He also serves on Radiology Consultants' Board of Directors, as well as Chairman of Finance, Medical Director of Stuttgart and Arkansas Urology, and a member of Radiology Consultants' Scheduling Committee, Metric Committee and Retirement Plan Trustee.
Cancer Care

Ultrasound
Dr. Forte joined Radiology Consultants in July of 1996. Currently, he is Section Chief of Nuclear Medicine, as well as Section Chief of Ultrasound for Radiology Consultants.
MRI
We are looking for an MRI Technologist to perform quality MRI scans on patients. The candidate must be currently enrolled or a graduate of an approved radiography program.

Mammography
Dr. Ferrell joined Radiology Consultants in July of 2002. She serves on Radiology Consultants' Board of Directors, Section Chief of Breast Imaging, and a member of Radiology Consultants' Metrics Committee. Dr. Ferrell is a member of the Clinical Image Review Committee for the State of Arkansas Department of Health Mammography Accreditation Program. Dr. Ferrell also speaks fluent Spanish.
Interventional Radiology
Radiology Consultants owns and operates the Radiology Consultants Imaging Center and Interventional Radiology Clinic located on the 11th floor of the Baptist Health Medical Tower 1. Our team of board-certified radiologists provide radiology services to Baptist Health and can be found at each of their locations.

General Surgery
Dr. Kolb joined Radiology Consultants in July of 2002. Dr. Kolb serves on Radiology Consultants' Board of Director, as well as He did a Transitional Internship and one year of General Surgery Residency at Methodist Hospital of Memphis. Dr. Kolb completed a Residency in Emergency Medicine at Charity Hospital-Louisiana State University, and practiced Emergency Medicine full time for five years. He currently serves on the Radiology Consultants Board of Directors, as well as Chief of Radiology at Baptist Health in North Little Rock.
Hysterectomy
The only way to definitively get rid of uterine fibroids is by hysterectomy. After menopause, fibroids will shrink on their own due to changes in hormone levels. Most patients treated with uterine artery embolization get good resolution of their fibroid-related symptoms without return of these symptoms secondary to return of fibroids. However, because uterine fibroid embolization doesn’t remove the uterus, there is the possibility of formation of new fibroids or growth of treated fibroids after the procedure. This is uncommon but is more common if the procedure is performed when the patient is younger and has a longer period of time until menopause.
Otolaryngology
Dr. Smith joined Radiology Consultants in July of 2001. Dr. Smith has been published in the Medical Resonance literature. He was also a lecturer, presenter, and guest radiologist at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr Smith is Chair of the Recruiting Committee, as well as a member of the Workflow Committee for Radiology Consultants. Dr. Smith is also a member of the Arkansas Otolaryngology and Metrics Committee member.
