Penny Rea Hypnosis Clinic

Penny Rea Hypnosis was the best. My husband and I went to lose weight and we lost over 100lbs. Jim lost 81lbs and I lose 23lbs. I can't believe how it changed our lives. We ride bikes now and can enjoy doing more things. We eat better and drink so much water. Jim doesn't even have to take his blood pressure medicine anymore. Penny was really fun to talk with too. She was not like a normal doctor that you go to. She really cared about us. She followed up with a few calls to check on us and gave us motivation along the way. When did your doctor do that last? I can't wait to send her my success letter for her book in her office. If you need help with your weight go see her she is so nice. Not just weight but she has letters in her office from people just like me of their success. If I had it all to do over, I wouldn't have wasted my money on all those other programs.

I have to agree!!! I went to Penny last year and quit smoking. I'd tried so many other ways to quit and I always went right back to smoking.

She explained everything in detail how the session was going to work and how I wouldn't have any withdrawal and I wouldn't gain weight. I walked out of there thinking I wasn't even hypnotized. I didn't feel any different and I figured that when I got to my car I want a cigarette. Well.... 13 months later, I still haven't wanted a cigarette.!!!! This was the easiest thing I've ever done. Penny asked me lots of questions about my eating routine and listened to what I had to say. She was easy to talk to and really cared about my results. We sat up a program that worked with my travel schedule and to date I've lost 38lbs in 7 weeks. I eat regular food and she lets you have days to eat whatever you want. My sister came with me and she was put on a different program because her eating habits were different and she's lost 46lbs already.

This is the best money I've ever spent and it's been so easy. And better than just losing the weight, I've got tons of energy now!!! We are HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!
