        Fuming mad.... Vantage Point Apartments have the most sorriest maintenance team I've seen in my entire adult life if renting.... So two nights ago, a sudden water leak from the inside of my living room closet. Call maintenance, the reply is turn the air off. NO SIR I WILL NOT.... 2 days later a bucket, and a trash can still a water leak in addition to wet carpet and a ceiling caving in... #Ready4ThisLease2EN

        office staff will be friendly when you move in. once your in they're useless. toilet was out when I moved in, maintenance said they would call plumbers because they're incompetent. plumbers never showed up. my air conditioner has been out for almost a week now. when I put in the service request it was 85 outside and 94 in my 3rd floor apartment. useless staff that doesn't care about the property. do yourself a favor and don't move here.not to mention the ants I've had since I moved her only 2 months ago...
