East End Towing

Recently broke down in my diesel pusher motor home. Called East End to tow me to a repair shop. When he arrived, the driver Eric, diagnosed the problem and we did a "bush fix" that allowed me to continue on my way. He also pointed out what the problem was, so it ended up saving me a substantial amount of money because I was able to get it home and repair the problem myself. I would highly recommend East End Towing. They can tow anything, and may even help you fix it!

East End Towing was an excellent business to take care of my needs. Star, the dispatcher was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Matt, the tow driver, showed up promptly and went right to work in getting things moving and getting my car to shop. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs.

Very rude person answering the phone. If you don't have my car just say so. You don't have to say "I should know if I have your car".

Very Professional, courteous, quick and always service with a smile. I hate having to get my old car towed, but James and the folks at East End are always kind and understand how frustrating it is to have a car break down. They took extra care to make sure my MINI was secured on the flat-bed correctly, so that further damage would not be done.

The person who answered the phone was rude an just hung up on me. I called back an said I apologize if I said anything wrong. He tells me im just wasting his time an don't call him again. You can't be rude to your customers, especially when their going to spend they hard earned money. I suggest u call a company with cheaper rates an will treat you like ur business is important. Maybe he had a bad day. Im preying for him.
