Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The employees are horrible. Hostess Ricardo was rude and very sarcastic. The managers were unconcerned, unaccommodating and need better customer service training. We waited 1 hr and 45 minutes to be seated before we decided to go somewhere else to spend our money. There were multiple groups that went ahead of us but another group upset as well. This was unfortunate as we were celebrating a birthday family came all the way from Hot Springs because this is were he wanted to spend it. Don’t waste your time or money at this dump!

First time here. Awesome food and the hot croissants covered in honey butter are to die for. Excellent service.

Whenever I am in the neighborhood I always dine at Cheddar's. The food is very good and the service is better. A good experience from the time I walk in the door. I like the ambiance.

I have several complaints. First we waited almost 2 hours to be seated after being told that it would be 30 mins to an hour wait for a party of 13 and I knew that we may at least be waiting 45mins but 2 hours is ridiculous. After we were sat we then had to wait and hour for our food, which i didnt understand, so we then ask to speak with the kitchen manager bc he was in charge of the food. He would not come out to speak with us, he then sent two other managers that we didn't ask for to the table we spoke with them they were very polite and they advised that the kitchen manager Tom Williams didn't want to come out bc someone had to have told us who he was, so we said thats fine he doesnt have to come out but to let him know that it was very unprofessional for him to not come and speak with his guest. Later the kitchen manager Tom Williams along with the General manager Norris Samuelson came out. And the first thing Tom said was yall were asking for me so now what do u want. So we begin to explain why we ask to speak with him and he kept saying loudly I DONT UNDESTAND WHY YOU WANT TO TALK TO ME!!! SOMEBODY HAD TO SAY SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU ASK FOR ME! So i stated Tom that he was being very rude and unprofessional, and that the way he was speaking to us is unacceptable and while all of this is going on the General Manager stood there and let him speak to us like that. Then I ask Norris the GM if he was going to let this man speak to us that way. AND he said Well yall are not the only people in the restaurant and I said sir I work in food service and I understand how this works and he said well that's well and good that your in food service but it doesn't matter at this point. And at this time my grandmother was trying to get his attention and she placed her hand on his and he yelled at her and pushed her hand away saying DON'T U TOUCH ME and storms off, and went to tell the police officer that we said we weren't paying our bill and to escort us out. We never once got up to leave nor did we say we weren't going to pay our bill we all had our money out waiting on our server to cash us out. I'm high upset the way he treated my grandmother and I will be posting my experience on every social site and any place I can rate Cheddars. And despite the horrible experience I've had in the past I decided to give Chaddars another try and this happens. I will never eat here or spend my money here again until yall get some better management on your team bc this is highly unacceptable. Our server Robin was EXCELLENT she was very attentive to our needs, and she voiced her apologies for what happened and she hoped to see us again.

Excellent food for a great price!

This is an awesome place to eat. Very friendly workers. My friend & I meet their for a girls day out every 2 weeks. Never had a bad experience.

We came in around 11 am and it was pretty much empty. We order a sandwich and a hamburger and waited for 45 minutes. It still wasn't out 10 minutes after the waitress told us it will be out in a "sec". We just paid for drinks and left. AS empty as it was I certainly wouldn't want to go when it's busy. BIG THMUBS DOWN

I went for lunch. Food is over spiced and service is crap. The bathrooms are not taken care of properly. I know they're new and all but this is unacceptable! I demand a new manager and more disciplined employees!

i went in around lunch time, got good service, the food was good with reasonable prices. its even affordable for pple on a budget!!

Service was sorry and our food had bugs in it!!!! Will not be returning to here anymore ever!!

If you can stand the wait due to poor hostess placement and arrangements then you get an average meal at average prices. Hopefully management realizes the confusion and teach better placements for hostess staff.

I've tried to call the # listed several times, and never once has any one answered, why do list your # with Yellow pages. It's pretty cocky to think your to busy to answer the phone. Although the food was satisfactory enough to overlook the mediocre service. I can understand the place is new to LR, we will try again in a month or two. WLR

This place has some great prices and the foods not bad but the management of the place sucks. Hopefully it's just because they are new. They brought out my cheese dip and gave it to some punks at the next table who had just set down, had not ordered drinks yet, and went ahead and ate it. Then 4 different times they brought food or drinks that was not ours to our table and we had to turn it away. To top it off I walked in at 5:02 set down at 5:20 and didn't leave till 7:15. There was only two of us.
