The sales girl we asked for help was openly rude and acted like we were putting her out. She also told me ( the mother) that i was in her way. She jerked a dress from my older daughter’s hand. The last and final act of total disrespect was when she jerked the curtain open widely exposing my daughter, who was only in panties, to tell us to move changing rooms. Did not knock or say “ excuse me”...... jerked the curtain wide open. When told how disrespectful this was and asked to speak to manager or owner, she said “ you are to leave the store immediately, you are being disrespectful to military!”......ummm, what are you talking about? She told my older daughter if she had a problem with it, they could take care of it out back!!!!!! This whole experience was unnecessary and totally unacceptable. When my younger daughter finished getting dressed ( and crying)... we were informed the owner was in Dallas by the then smiling “salesperson”...... Never will I recommend this establishment to anyone. And will be more than happy to tell anyone who will listen how horrible an humiliating the whole “prom dress shopping” experience was.
Wonderful experience every time I shop there. The staff and owner are always extremely helpful and so friendly. The selection is the best I have ever found no matter what time of the year I have always found exactly what I asked for! Highly recommended.

I have witnessed Buffie styling girls from size 20 to 00 and I have never seen her recommend a bad choice to any customer. but if your taste runs different than Buffie's, she still supports her customers in their own style! I love that about Buffie's! I have been to Little Rock and Sheridan. Both locations are just the best!

Provided by SuperpagesFrom the first moment my daughter and I set foot in Buffie's the experience has been the ultimate in mother-daughter-Buffie bonding. Not having a clue what is Hot and what is not, Buffie stepped in and helped my daughter choose the perfect dress...and over the year's whether prom or pageant, Buffie has continued to choose the perfect dress for my daughter. Buffie knows exactly which designer best fits my daughter's body type and now we can call and tell Buffie the event, and Buffie can hand pick which dress is perfect. All we do is show up, try it on, and we are done. Funny thing is my daughter and I almost never agree on the dress, and Buffie walks in, pulls the most unlikely dress, and we both fall in love. From the hanger to the right girl, Buffie knows her clothes, and knows her customer. Buffie is Rachel Zoe for prom and pageant! Buffie makes every girl red carpet ready!

Also, great selection of casual clothes and jewelry for the ladies in the Sheridan, AR location. Thank you for all that you do!! We love Buffie's!

The employees are amazing ALL OF THEM! they are all so very helpful & definitaley show how much they care for you to find the perfect dress. & they dont just push sales on you the really help to find the perfect gown for your body type!! Provided by SuperpagesMy daughter will soon be shopping for her last prom dress, and we'll be buying it at Buffie's in Sheridan, as we did the first three times. We love shopping for dresses there. We don't have a big budget, but the people there are so helpful and so nice, and they always take the time to make sure we find the perfect dress. I love going to a store that appreciates getting my business! It's a pleasure to shop at Buffie's!

Provided by SuperpagesVery snobby people working here. They were no help to us. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The whole experience was miserable. I have purchase 2 dresses from here before but never again! Same goes for the Buffy's in Sheridan under the same ownership. Will travel farther to find a dress from now on.
The employees at this location were very helpful and know their stuff. They found what I needed in the prize range I wanted and didn't stop until I was completely satisfied.
