Wayne Dinettes was great! I am a strong woman and know how to stand up for myself, but I am always a little nervous when shopping for a larger item by myself. The sales people at Wayne Dinettes quickly put me at ease; there were no high pressure sales tactics and the people were willing spend time with me to find exactly what I wanted. I got this cute little country kitchen set and it makes my kitchen look quaint. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will go back when I need a dining room set. Oh yeah, and my husband thought that I got a good deal when he looked at the sales slip and that was worth its weight in gold!

My wife and I just had the most pleasant experience at Wayne Dinettes. Believe me I didn’t want to go shopping for a new dining room set, but heck our dining set was over ten years old and there was no denying we needed a new one. My wife dragged me to at least 3 stores before finally going to Wayne Dinettes, where I suggested going, because I saw their commercial so many times. The minute we walked in the door we knew we would find what we were looking for here; they had so many different sets to choose from, it was a lot better than the choices at the other 3 store we went. The sales person didn’t rush us and spent time matching the draw that we brought in from our hutch to get the exact right color of the wood. My wife picked the fabric she liked and it was time to sign on the dotted line. I thought here it comes this price is too good to be true, and just like the other stores, now’s when the real price comes. But much to my surprise they came in lower than expected. When delivering Wayne Dinettes took our old set and disposed of it for free and set up the new set right where we want it. Smooth would be how I describe the whole process, start to finish.

My Mother gave me a beautiful dining room set about ten years ago, it was my grandmother’s prior. Since then my mother has died and I hold the set very dear to my heart. It is made out of solid walnut and was built to last. The table was in perfect shape but the chairs where rickety and the fabric was in poor shape at best. I was heartbroken with the thought that I might have to give up this family air loom. I went to Wayne Dinettes thinking I had to replace everything (or at least the chairs) and they told me to bring in the worse chair and let them look at it. So I did, and I must admit I was a little skeptical at first because, my chairs were in bad shape. They gave me a price that was less than buying new and picked up the other chairs to repair from my house and then delivered back to my house, when the repairs were completed. They did an amazing job and even touched up the chairs that had small scratches and recovered the seats with new fabric. Service like theirs can’t be beat. Thanks everybody at Wayne Dinettes because of you, I was able to keep a cherished family air loom, close to my heart.
