Monarch Dental & Orthodontics

I called to schedule an appointment earlier this week and confirmed an 8:30 appt for today. When I arrived, I was told that I do not have an appointment and they are booked. After taking the day off work and being uncomfortable l could not accept that answer. I called the Carrollton Monarch on the spot and they were kind enough to work me in as soon as I arrive. Needless to say, I won't ever go back to the Little Elm location. They need to get their office staff more organized and learn to honor appointments scheduled.

My grand daughter has to have 6 teeth removed to allow her permanent teeth to move forward. her baby teeth are like permanent teeth. We had been using a dentist in McKinney & used up all our dental benefits crowning baby teeth and cleaning which we were told was necessary to stop decay in future permanent teeth?? We were shocked to have the dentist & orthodontist tell us that they would pull her baby teeth but wanted to wait to see how her permanent teeth lined up before subjecting her to long and painful brace work. Really? Not about the money but the actual patient? How refreshing to have a professional not need to offset their practice costs with up selling you on treatments you can't afford but feel guilty if you don't accept.



She is having ALL her dental work done there & we are moving our family business there as well. So far it has been the best decision we have made in a long time for the kids.
