Papa Johns Pizza

Thiis location is to my knowledge the worst in the state of ga. I called about my order the first time the girl i spoke to said and she lied their making it right now this was at 9:26 more or less. Mind you i ordered my pizza at 8 o'clock. Called back again i spoke to a guy this time at almost 10 o'clock well now it's 10:30 he told me it would be ready in 25mins from the time i we talked so 2 and a half hours and then some i have been waiting this is unacceptable i will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!

This Papa John's had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to call 3 times and the last time I called I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The wait time said between 30 to 40 minutes but I waited over 2 hours before I had to drive to the store and cancel. When I arrived at the store the employee was very unprofessional and said "Yall better come handle your customer." when I asked for the second time to speak to a manager. I ended up cancelling my order because I was just tired of the drama. This place is the worst! I used to love Papa John's but I will never order from this one again.
