Unpleasant customer service with one individual at the new location. Billing was not clear, one price was qouted the day before and then challenged by the clerk the very next day. I was given a discounted price without asking for it by one clerk. The next day another clerk qouted a higher price. I am paying out of pocket so I was not expecting the price flip flop. I was prepared to pay the qouted price from the day before and not have to haggle with the clerk about a higher price (in which she later qouted the discounted price once I showed her the paperwork from the day before). I was offended and I apologized to the office for going back and forth with the second clerk. She was rude and never apologized. I never got upset over things that happened the day before or during that day
(and the staff know exactly what I mean)
because I know things can not always be perfect, but do not get an attitude with me because I was given a lower price the day before. Organize a little better and let the left know what the right is doing. This rating is only for the 2nd clerk.
