I have a major problem with Ashley homestore in Lithonia,ga. 2013 my wife and Ibought bedroom set with two dressers. we also bought the warrenty program from guardsmark usa. well, six months later the bed frame broke. I called the store in Lithonia,ga/ management was so rude and someone from the store came out 1 week later. inspected the items and 2 week later a new bed frame arrived in mail.they refused to put together the bed frame so I put together myself. well, couple weeks ago in 2018...the new bedframe broke also so I called the store again....its under warrenty but the said guardmarks was giving people majors about claims and Ashley had to dump them. so I called guardsmark...filed the claim and 1 week later....I was refused because I didn't call within 5days. even when my warrenty was still valid so I called Ashley corp office and put in special claim. the person said they would call the store to see if they could make special arrangments......that was two months ago and I never back from corp office or management in lithoina,ga I will never buy again from Ashley...they sell junk furniture, no customer service/awful management and poor delivery service

Chris Jacobs is a great salesmen, he was very patient and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with him and will be back again. I just relocated from another state, and somewhat overwhelmed. Chris made my shopping experience less stressful!

I had been just thinking about buying Furniture as I went into Ashley Furniture. I’m bad with names, but the young man with short dreads was not only knowledgeable, but very friendly as well. He mad me not only feel good about my purchase, but he also made me excited about the next room that I’m doing as well. I recommend going to see him, he is awesome and very helpful and most of all friendly. Good customer service is hard to find, his is great.

Stan Lee was an awesome salesperson. Definitely would recommend going to see him if you are in the market for furniture. Very knowledgeable.
