        I implore you to read this article if you're thinking of purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation//Thornton road! I went in today to purchase a vehicle that is listed on their website as $14,888. I get there and they try to add additional document and dealer fees (not the AVT). When I brought it to salesman Donald Smith's attention that he was engaging in an illegal practice, he proceeds to tell me that they only had one at that price and they sold it to the day prior. This is also illegal advertising!!! Per the state of Georgia's website, they must have enough on stock to meet consumer demand or label the advertisement as "quantities limited". DO NOT LET THIS DEALERSHIP TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!! If you've bought a car there and DID pay these fees, go to them and ask for them back! I also encourage you to file deceptive business practice and fraudulent advertising claims against them with the Governor's Office of Consumer affairs as well as the BBB, also notify the media outlets and review on Goggle, Yelp, etc like I have!

        The service was excellent!!!! ...

        The service was excellent!!!! I submitted an internet lead and a guy named Stinson responded. He was very prompt and polite. We kinda went back and forth on pricing, but once I got into the dealership everything went smooth. I was in and out in about an hour flat and the car was already gased and washed when I got there. Tony did all my final paperwork and was very kind as well...GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

        Don't do it

        PLEASE don't take your car here for repair. My car ran fine until their mechanics worked on it. Then they told me the engine was ruined and offered me $1000 for trade in on my car (worth about $8,000). The car needed valve stem covers!! (about $800 to repair). I'm SO glad I took it to another mechanic.



        In short, save your car - take it to another mechanic and avoid Toyota Sevice Departments.
