Litchfield Grooming

I have been going to Litchfield Grooming for almost 10 years, every 5-6 weeks to have my schnauzer groomed. Denise has been wonderful with my dog. I have NEVER encountered any problems and my dog actually looks forward to seeing her. She really loves her job and she treats her clients like her children. I made the mistake of taking my dog to another groomer one time due to scheduling issues. The other groomer did a horrible job grooming my dog and it took several months for his fur to grow out from the hack job. I give this lovely lady a five star rating. Her rates are very reasonable and her expertise and knowledge of dog grooming techniques is excellent.

This was the worst grooming place I have ever taken my dogs to. She was screaming at my dog who was scared of getting his nails done. She made the situation way worse then it needed to be. Instead of putting him on the table like every other grooming place does, she cornered him in the entrance way and tried to hold him down and screaming in his face as she cut his nails. My dog shook for three hours after going here for a simple nail trim. I will never take my dogs back here.
