Planet Power Toys

We bought a car for our teenage nephew a little while back from Power Planet Toys. The car has been great and has never given us any issues. I feel like the employees are straight forward and not pushy, which is hard to find at dealerships these days. They seem to have a good selection of cars even for being a smaller dealership and we had an enjoyable experience buying from them so I'll be recommending Power Planet Toys to my friends and family. I bought a car from them. The next day the check engine light turned on. After taking it to AutoZone the issue seemed like a simple issue. But after searching and searching I could not find the issue. I took it to my Uncle's mechanic shop and it turned out to be a major repair on the engine. I called the store seeing if there was anything they could do to help me out with my car. They said no it had been to long (only had been three weeks) implied that I had lied and said that it was my fault and that if I wanted to take them to court I could. I was pretty mad at them by the time I hung up. Not just for selling me a car with problems they didn't tell me about, or refusing to help in any way to fix the issue, but also in calling my character into question while they did it. After reading other reviews here and elsewhere on the web I would say for car sales, buyer beware!

WARNING. They are BOAT mechanics, not UTV dealers. You might as well take $10,500 and throw it in the garbage as buy a CF Moto sidexside from them. They won't make repairs, order parts, or keep promises. They seem like a bunch of good ol' boys but they would slit your throat to make a sale!

I LOVE the boat I bought from these guys! Good people, very personable. Great customer service! Will send all my friends this way for all their powersports needs.
