Low VA Rates

The process for refinancing my home went smooth from the beginning with Rob. Everyone explained what the steps were and sent plenty of emails. They are exceptional at customer service. My loan was funded in the amount of time that they explained to me.

Where do I Start, I goggled them after deciding to start my Mortgage journey and was put In touch with Jennifer who was very helpful, Jennifer then put me in touch with Mari as her caseload was very big and she couldn't dedicate the time to help me effectively. This by far has been the BEST customer service experience I have ever been through, EVER. Mari was very knowledgeable and confident, and that's important when you are trying to make one of the biggest purchases you will ever make. She answered all of my questions and made sure I knew exactly what I was doing and signing. There was never a time where I felt alone as all I had to do was pick up a phone and call her. From day one I knew I had made the right choice after getting the run around from some other lenders and mortgage companies who told me "They will never approve you with x,y,z on your credit" But Mari assured me it wasn't that bad and to wait a few months to get approved. EVERYTHING SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO SHE DID. I will always be a customer of you guys, You are the BEST!

The service was amazing. They got my loan closed when I didn't think it could be done. I will use them again in the future.

Special Thanks to Angela Waller, who really did a top notch job the first time and was so great an experience I came back for new refi. Jennifer Shibelske, Angela Waller's, "Go-To-Girl", is exactly that! A seamless transition from Angela to Jennifer during the initial loan set up . Exceptional response time and amazing overall service from Low VA Rates! After much research, we reached out to Low VA Rates and had a call back in less than 5 minutes from Emilio Parrish. Emilio was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and got the ball rolling for us immediately. Also, while we were quoted an excellent rate for our refi, initially, Emilio was actually able to get it even lower which was wonderful and unexpected!
