i bought a mini cooper about a 1.5 ago and just repair after repair. a month after buying the car the clutch went and than the water pump etc over 6,000 in repairs wow right, even when we were at the dealer we waited over 3 hour and coming from ct that all we could do and we still came home without the car after are sales guy mike came back too us and said sorry but there is a problem with the title at dmv we can delivery the car to u on monday, geee thanks right. i should of walked than but i was buying it for my wife!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great costumer service the gentlemen took us to exactly what we wanted and he didn't try to stick us with a more expensive car. I told him what I was looking for and what price range. I got what I asked for and he was knowledgeable with the history of the cars. He really cared about me leaving with what I wanted and what I wanted to spend not pushing higher priced vehicles like other dealers. from the moment i drove in auto finds staff took care of me i would definitely recommend auto find to family and friends i bought a 2013 car and i couldn't be happier thanks again the employee that helped me was les miller

Very happy, great 2009 bmw 328i, minor mechanical issue but they fixed it without much hassle. Nice price after I talked them down, took some work but I got the price I wanted. Would use again.

I found the entire team who handled my purchase to be very helpful and most importantly patient and understanding of my needs. They each worked hard to ensure that I got the best prices, payment and insurance coverage and I didn't at all feel pressured to purchase something I wasn't interested in. I was in and out within a few hours and was able to drive my new car home the same night. Overall...I'm satisfied.

I stumbled onto this dealer, and when I saw where they were located (not far from home) and the listings on the site, I was quite eager to bring my husband there to see what they had. As soon as we arrived the receptionist (forgive me I didn't get her name) and Steve greeted us with a smile. I asked about a car I had seen on the website however that particular one had a deposit on it. Steve quickly assessed our situation and pointed us towards an 07 Hyuyndai Sonata. The car was clean, reasonably priced, and had just the right options. We even got a nice price on our trade in. Less than 24 hrs later we drove away happy in our new-used car.

I rarely write reviews, but felt that I have to write this one. First time purchasing a used car, (I generally stick to new cars) I was nervous about the experience. But from the moment I called and spoke to Dan regarding the purchase, to the moment I sat down to review the options on different cars, and then later sat down with the finance manager, to go over my paperwork I felt entirely comfortable. I LOVE the car I got, and great deal they gave me, but most importantly the treatment I received as a customer was top notch. I hate being pushed by salespeople - and I didn't feel that at all during my experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone from experienced car buyers to people who are purchasing a car for the first time.

I live in Nashville; however, the car I wanted was in New York. Les Miller was very patient and accommodating to all my questions which aided me in confidently buying a car 1000 miles away. I got my car 2 days ago, and it is in good condition and exactly as suggested from the site’s photos and profile. He and his car dealership are legit and I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a car sight unseen or otherwise. I absolutely love my new car and really appreciate Mr. Miller’s customer service and professionalism.

I had terrible credit, and was turned down for financing at other locations. Went to this place because it was close, and they had a nice car. The guys got me approved for a loan in less than an hour, and gave me good money for my 16 yr old trade that had 150k miles on it. I was happy, very happy. Once I got the car I noticed problems. Had it checked out and found some maintenance issues, that were small in nature but expensive to have repaired. I thought to myself dam, this dealer isn't gonna pay for these problems without a fight. BUT I was mistaken.... They had everything fixed. The repairs took a couple days, so they even gave me a free rental till the repairs were finished. I was very happy with the service they give, I did pay a top dollar for the car, but it came with top service. You do get what you pay for with these guys. I had such bad credit most dealers treated me like a second class citizen. LIAF treated me with respect the whole time. I would highly recommend you go talk with James he is a good guy, as is the rest of the team there.

OMG LI Auto Find is like no other dealership you feel SOOOOOOO welcomed from the time you enter the door until the time you drive off in your new car Steve & Nick are an AWESOME team they explain everything to you. They DO NOT make you feel like they are rushing you. Never in a million years would i ever think that i would be driving an almost brand new 2014 car i had to travel a little ways to get to the dealership BUT it was ALL worth it. If i had to do it all over again i WOULD NOT change a thing. Thank you! P.S. the air freshener that was in the car is the BEST it smells SOOOOOOO GOOD (CAN I PLEASE BUY SOME FROM YOU GUYS) LOL. I came is this Sunday to check out a car before the Giants Vs Carolina game. I was outside looking at some cars when Nick came out to assist me. After i check a few cars i asked about different info from financing to paying cash. Nick was friendly and help me to the best of his knowledge and abilities. After a few days of running around and a lot of effort on my part and everyone at AutoFind i was Driving my (new to me) Ford Mustang by tuesday. I thank the finance officer and the manager of the place. THe all helped in getting me into my car. This place isn't like a lot of other places. If they can get you into that car they will. Thank you Long Island Auto Find Sales team for a wonderful day buying my first car. I've been searching for a specific car but have always been apprehensive about buying off a used lot - until now. Julianna Maldonado was great at working with my budget and the entire crew was supportive in making this sale happen, unlike other used car places I've visited in my search for the car I wanted. Everyone was personable and the establishment is very well kept. I was more than comfortable dealing with all of the guys and ladies who work there. I'm usually a skeptic at buying used cars but Julianna took us through all the details of the car, an easy test drive, and answered all my (many) questions. I had been getting calls for a few days but never made an appointment to see the car because I figure used cars might not be worth it. She let us walk right in and in a matter of minutes we had the car ready to go with no hassles. Also, they walked me through all the financing details and everyone there is very easy to talk to - no tricks or swindling from anyone. Thanks also for letting me get to this car before someone else! I love it and had a great experience working with these guys today.

I went to Auto Find spoke to Steve gave him my budget and what i needed to make a deal. Steve and Nick both did everything they could to make the deal happen which made me extremely happy! It took long the day I went but it was all worth it. I took my dad so they can do the same for him.

In dealing with this dealership, it made our experience to purchase a vehicle less stressful. My husband and I were not certain that we would be purchasers the day we visited your establishment. However, Steve's patience and helpfulness created in us the desire to become Auto Find consumers. The Finance manager was also very patient with us as we read over ALL of our contracts. Never once did he rush us, but he took the time to answer any questions that we had concerning the paper work, and was very friendly which made us feel at ease, as we signed away our lives (smile). They truly worked as a team, which was refreshing to witness! Their efficiency was very impressive to us as well. They caught a small error and corrected it immediately. Over all, our experience at Auto Find was very good. We have already informed our friends about you, with hopes that they will check you out in the very near future.

Fate took me to Long Island Auto Find. I was met by Danny who found me a parking spot. I told him what I wanted, (black chevy equinox). He promised he would make me a happy man. He helped me through the whole process. He even directed me to a place where i could get a cheap lunch while my paperwork were been completed. Better yet, Danny even followed me home to park my old car and removed the plates to be placed on my 2013 equinox ls. He was efficient and friendly. Thanks Danny!
