Changing Images Hair Salon Inc

Myself, my mother, and her mother all attended this salon with the worse results than could ever be imagined. My mothers hair was cut much shorter than she asked, her color was left on an exorbitant amount of time longer than it was supposed to, and she never received the style she requested. My grandmother, whom was attending this salon for quite a few years, cancelled one appointment for a death in her family; the staff knew of the reason and still they continued to act and speak rudely toward her cancellation. I was never received the haircut I asked for, was never taken to a chair without waiting at least 45 minutes later than my appointment time, and was never satisfied with the customer service I received. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and positively careless. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I would tell anyone currently attending to stop before they lose interest and start completely destroying your hair. If zero stars was an option I would certainly apply zero.

this salon is amazing!! my hairstylist is so good and knows exactly what to do. i even get an awesome massage while getting my hair washed! i highly reccommend this salon! they are friendly and patient! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i absolutely love this salon. every time i go into it, your treated like family. everyone is so personable and makes it a joyful experience. i will never go to another salon again.

This salon is very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 3:00 and I waited for 40 minutes without any one person aknowledging me. Not one person came over and apologized for the delay. The manager there has an attitude and he is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
