        My experience with this dealer was excellent. I called him about a car I saw on the Internet. He told me the quoted price was the total price with no additional fees. (The fact that I live in New York State and would get my own plates helped.) When I came to the dealership, he was ready with the car, a 2003 Focus wagon, which was even cleaner than I anticipated. My wife test drove it (it's for my son) and we were very pleased. We signed the papers (which had the originally quoted price). Bruce put a temporary license on the car and sent us the title, which arrived within two weeks. I've had good experiences buying other cars (as well as some lousy ones), but none was easier or more pleasant than this one.
