McIntyre Soft Water

I had my water softener replaced also had arsenic 3 system along with reverse osmosis system installed. Love it!! I think I now have the best water in the country. This business did a great job installing. The family owners are great people to deal with.. This is the second time I have used them will be back for more business.

In response to JB. After 54 years of still being in business, I am sure there are quite a few customers that are highly satisfied with our service. I am very sorry that your service was as unsatisfied as you claim.

This company is the WORST! They "claim" to be the best in the business yet can't fix ANYTHING! They had to come out to my home six times and still couldn't fix my simple water issues. They sent their "experienced" tech, which was the owners son and he didn't want to actually work on anything and kept making unlogical excuses, nor did he seem very bright. He expected to be in and out within several minutes. The reasons he gave for my water issues was different EVERY visit and as it turned out, a plumber told me they didn't turn the unit on. DUH! Not to mention, this was ongoing for a 2 month period and they still expected me to pay for their lack of services each time. After the second/third visit, my appts seemed to disappear from their schedule. When they did squeeze me in (i live 4 miles from their office) service techs were always late and never called. Also, office kept rescheduling due to tech's not wanting to work. There seems to be a small number of employees and no one can ever seem to give the same answers. It's just a bunch of run around. On the several occasions I visited the office, they never had the filters in stock and the office manager was not helpful in helping me determin where else i could purchase the replacements and also said they would call once in stock, yet never receive a call to let us know they were in stock even after several weeks. They are always out of salt and water, and most definatley are a botton feeder business. They claim to be water experts, yet can't fix water issues of anyone within linden or fenton that i have personaly spoken with. I have since gone elsewhere, and had been warned ahead of time to never use them. They don't care about the consumer, don't fix issues properly and hack any install job they do, nor don't want to come out and fix the issues they themselves have caused. The bottom line is they just want your money and put up a front in person. I'm sorry I didn't take all the area residents advice and not use them! Do yourself a HUGE favor, and take your business elsewhere. I AM NOT JOKING! There are one or two people who are very pleasant, but in the end, it wasn't enough to keep us as a customer.
