I have been coming there for over 4 years. And never really compained even though the young lades that work the window have terrible attitudes. This morning the yound lady was ugly from the time she took my money, and when I got to second window found out she had my order wrong. I always order same thing sausage egg biscuit and lg vanilla ice coffee and the second young lady there has seen me and knows what I order and she never says thank you. But anyway the young lady from first window came down and tried to argue with me about the order. I also go to location near me and there the nicest, my second one was this one but not anymore. I get to work and found out from other associates I work with they hate it because of the attitudes and wrong orders and they never say thank you and come back. I worked for Mcdonlads for 5 years in 80's as breakfast manager my friends and employees were the best and all our customers knew us by name and our faces and we smiled all the time what is happening to Mcdonalds. I never usually go off and I apologize for that but I am 54 and was very disrespected. They need a class on attitudes and paying attention to what there ordering instead of talking at first window and second window and a class on good customer service. Sincerely, Marian Parrish

I had quite an interesting experience with 103 West. I booked the venue prior to them doing a renovation of the ballroom downstairs.
As with all Cookout restaurants, the food is good and the price great. This one, which has only been open two months, started strong and hasn't stopped. Minimal mistakes. If any, they are handled immediately and to the advantage of the customer. Great customer service, great speed, great quality, and all this from day one. I go multiple times a week and will continue to do so. Don't overlook anything on the menu. Good job.
