I have been going here for years! The owner and guys know me well which means a lot with the amount of vehicles and work they do in between my work done.
My friend Vin put me up on these guys awhile ago and man am I glad. They were without fail the lowest estimate and actual cost time after time. I had an issue one time but it was fixed before I walked out on the day I went to pick it up. I wouldn't necessarily call it an issue as something was causing a light to stay on even after the part was fixed. But I was worried as this was one of the first times I took my truck there.

Take your car, truck, boat or plane there as it seems these guys are jack of all mechanic type work!!

Ok, ok I'm not sure if they can tackle a plane but it's worth an ask if your in the market for a propeller swap!? Lol

destroyed my truck. I'm seeking legal action. These guys charged me to do work they did not do, and the repair they did is failing. Please don't waste your time or money with these people. You will regret it after.

My experience, and service received was the greatest; far more than what I expected. If you are searching for customer service that does not give up, until the job is done? I definitely recommend this Auto Care Center. Great service, great staff, and an affordable rate.

This place is by far the bestost honest shop around! I just recently had my third car fixed here.. They are professional honest and do not try and empty your bank account with unnecessary repairs. Brian and Mike went out of their way to fix my car within one day! I highly recommend this place and I will never taken cars for repairs anywhere other then here

I went in to get a quote on my car for my brakes. The staff was very friendly service was quick and the wait was not long for me to get my quote. I went back to get my brakes done and will continue my service with them for my car needs.

My grandma needed an alignment on her Honda Civic and the dealership was backed up. We made a few calls and the Riverside Team took care of us. They even promised her a discount on her routine maintenance coming up as well once she returns. -Appreciate the great work!

Pleasant customer service. I got an inspection and all I needed was an oil change. That is honest work. I am sending my husband up there for shocks and we found out that they also do hitch install which is something we really needed! Thank you Brian and staff!

This business was a great experience, for my mothers and grandmothers automobile. They diagnosed the problem, showed where and why the problem existed and how to fix it with, and also they gave the price within an hour from start to finish.They deserve alot of credit, I give them mine. Also it only took half the time and money compared to the supposedly big shot belle tire. From 800 for all problems at belle tire to 400 at Riverside. I would recommend this place around downriver

def a good shop to go to if you don't wanna be given the run-around, my friend recommended I call them when my car wouldn't start, because of the free towing, I had to go to work so they towed it to their shop while I was gone, and called me halfway through my shift to tell me it was my starter and they would have it done that day. They offered for me to pick it up after hours since I get off work after theyre closed, because they understood the urgency of needing my vehicle asap. I thought that was very thoughtful and not something I've had the pleasure of experiencing at any of the other shops I've been to.. these people at this business don't make you uncomfortable, and don't hike the prices up because they think I'm some naive girl. I'm really happy my friend suggested I call, overall great experience. cool to see a local business expand to 3 shops, wish them the best in their endeavors

I took my car into a shop by my house. The "mechanic" told me it needed a new alternator and battery and was going to cost me $424 to have this done. I started panicking as financially I did not have this. I called around to different places and I ended up calling here. I talked to Jason and explained what happened. He gave me an estimated price over the phone. I went to the location in Lincoln Park and he gave me a different price than what Jason had told me. I called Jason back and he even took more time on the phone and explained things to me. Well he told me to take it to his other shop in Dearborn Heights which I did. They pulled my car in very quickly and ran tests and discovered there was nothing wrong with my battery or alternator. They said they couldn't fix what wasn't broken. This was a huge relief and gave me confidence in this manager and mechanics at this location. I even offered them $20 for their time and they would not take it. The mechanics there are named Josh and Richard. As I told Jason, mechanics are automatically on my do not trust list but after this experience I have let my guard down and feel a bit easier about these guys. Thank you again Jason, Richard and Josh.

This is the best shop in there area hands down. They towed my moms vehicle for free and did for half the price of the competition. How can you compete? Five star service for sure!

These guys are unreal. Premium diagnostics, free towings, and the most honest crew I have dealt with in auto repair. Competition said 967 and riverside did it for 599. Wonderful

I highly recommend giving Riverside Auto Care a try! They fixed my car and had resonable prices! I didn't feel taken advantage of because I am a woman as I have at other shops! Great work and fair prices!
